Always reliable service

Another solid experience with Your Co-op. I signed up for their Superfast Fibre Broadband again after moving. Just like my previous order, everything went smoothly from sign-up to activation. Their service has been consistently good for me.

Decent broadband, slight delay

I got the Superfast Fibre Broadband. The internet itself works well, no complaints about speed or reliability. The installation, however, took a bit longer than I expected, about 10 days to get an engineer out. Once it was set up though, it's been a solid connection. Good for the price, but could improve on installation times.

Smooth experience, helpful support

I recently ordered the Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband. The ordering process on their website was intuitive, I found what I needed quickly. Installation took about two weeks to schedule, which was clearly communicated. I had a quick question about the router setup, and their customer support was accessible and cleared things up within minutes. The connection has been stable and fast since day one. Everything was as described, making for a positive first experience.

Got a new Ethical Mobile Contract and it's brilliant! The data speeds are fantastic, and I love that it's climate positive. Signing up was super easy too. Definitely recommending this to everyone!

Easy switch, good signal

I switched my phone over to a SIM Only Mobile Plan with these guys last month. It was pretty straightforward online, no fuss. The signal has been totally fine, no dropouts or anything. My mates said it was a good move.

Good value for student broadband

As a student, I was looking for the best deal. I got the student broadband offer, and it felt like good value for money. The first month free was a nice bonus, and the monthly price is competitive. Definitely worth it for my budget.

What kind of router do you get with Your Co-op? Is it any good or should I plan to buy my own?

K Kate Vargas 1 month ago
The router they sent me was decent enough, nothing fancy but it worked fine for my apartment.

Mine was a standard fibre router. I've had worse from other providers. If you have a huge house, you might want extenders, but it's okay for most.

Is Your Co-op actually ethical or is it just marketing? I'm trying to find a provider that's actually good for the environment.

A Anna A. 2 months ago
They seem pretty legit. They're owned by their members and put a lot of stuff back into the community. Plus, they talk a lot about climate-positive mobile which sounds good.

From what I've read, they're part of The Midcounties Co-operative, so it's a proper co-op, not just a brand name. They do focus on sustainability and community stuff.

Can I keep my old phone number if I switch my mobile to Your Co-op?

D David T. 1 month ago
Yes, you can. It's pretty standard now for all providers to let you port your number over.

Definitely. I switched my number over from Giffgaff with no problems at all. Just need your PAC code.

Anyone know if they do Black Friday deals? Thinking of getting new broadband then.

N Nina 1 month ago
They usually have some offers around Black Friday, I remember seeing them last year.

E Emma 1 month ago
Yeah, they tend to do discounts for seasonal peaks like Black Friday or January sales. Probably worth holding off a bit if you can.

Hey, thinking about switching to Your Co-op for broadband. How long does it usually take to get everything set up once I sign up? Like from order to actual internet working.

S Steve Z. 2 months ago
Mine was pretty quick actually. I think it took about two weeks from when I placed the order until I was online.

Depends on what you're getting. If it's a new line, it might take a bit longer for an engineer visit. But if you're just switching and already have a line, it's usually faster, maybe 10-14 days for me when I switched from BT.
